ATHENS, Ohio –The Ohio track & field team returns to action this weekend at the 12th annual Akron Invitational hosted by Akron University. Ohio hasn’t competed at the Akron Invitational since 2011. The Bobcats will face competitors from 19 teams - Akron, Ashland, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Dayton, Florida Atlantic, IPFW, IUPUI, Kent State, Louisville, Marshall, Michigan, Mount St. Mary’s, Ohio Wesleyan, Saint Francis (Pa.), Towson, VCU, West Virginia and Xavier.
