The Ohio University men's and women's cross country team takes to the line today at the 2012 NCAA Great Lakes Regional beginning at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Cross Country Course.

Juli Accurso of Ohio Women's Cross Country has been named the female Mid-American Conference Scholar Athlete of the Week, the league office announced on Friday. The weekly academic honor is the second she has received in her career as a Bobcat.

The Ohio University men's cross country team took seventh Saturday at the 2012 Mid-American Conference Championships. The meet was held at Beaver Island State Park and was hosted by the University of Buffalo.

Junior Juli Accurso became just the fifth individual in Mid-American Conference history to win back-to-back individual league titles as she won the 6-kilometer race to pace the Ohio University women's cross country team.
